1.
REBOUND
When we
sin, we lose the filling of the Holy Spirit. Then we need to
privately tell God the Father our sins, or REBOUND. When we do
that our sins are forgiven, we are filled with the Holy Spirit,
and we are back on the right path.
That’s grace.
When we sin we are to rebound and keep moving on in
life.
If we
confess [tell God the Father] our [known] sins, He
is faithful and righteous to forgive us our [known] sins
and to cleanse us from all [unknown, or forgotten sins]
unrighteousness. (1John 1:9)
2.
The Filling of the Holy Spirit
Through the FILLING OF THE HOLY
SPIRIT we are able to say “No” to our old sin nature, learn
lessons from the Bible, and grow in our spiritual life.

3. Faith-Rest Drill
How do we faith-rest? We claim a
promise
to calm our souls. We
think
of a reason from the Bible as to why the promise will work. This
all ends or results in our mind coming to God’s way of thinking.
We relax!
We are using the FAITH-REST DRILL!

4. Grace Orientation
GRACE ORIENTATION is learning about God’s loving
kindness through Bible doctrine and treating others with loving
kindness.
God
gives to us because of Who He is, not because of who we are.
That is grace, God’s loving kindness!
We do not deserve what God gives us.
We can’t do works that will
make us worthy of God’s gifts. He just gives to us.
That is grace, God’s loving kindness!

“What do you
have that you haven’t received from God?
1 Corinthians 4:7
5. Doctrinal
Orientation
DOCTRINAL ORIENTATION is learning to think like our
Lord, Jesus Christ. When we have this knowledge, we can use it in
our lives. We can make good decisions.
“…but
grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ.
To Him be glory both now and forever! Amen.” 2 Peter 3:18
6. Personal Sense (Knowing)
of Destiny (Direction)
God has a special and specific plan for our lives, our
own PERSONAL SENSE OF DESTINY. For each one of us it takes a
different route. However, we are all to use the Word of God, or
divine viewpoint to get us down our path. As believers in the Lord
Jesus Christ we know that our journey will end in heaven, face to
face with God..

7.
Personal Love for God the Father
We can’t have love for God the Father until we know
Him. We get to know Him and His love for us through Bible
doctrine. When we make Bible doctrine #1 in our lives, we come to
have PERSONAL LOVE FOR GOD THE FATHER.

8.
Impersonal Love for All Mankind
People can really be a challenge or a test for us. When
we learn to follow the thinking of the Lord Jesus Christ we can
treat the worst people with patience and kindness. This can be
done because of what is in our souls. God the Father is our best
example of IMPERSONAL LOVE FOR ALL MANKIND.
“For
God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever
believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” John
3:16
9. Sharing the Happiness
of God
After we learn a lot of the thinking of the Lord Jesus
Christ, we will have God’s happiness. We will still have
difficulties, but we can sail through them with the power of the
Holy Spirit. We have to use divine viewpoint and make good
decisions. Our happiness won’t depend on people or the details of
life. We Will be SHARING THE HAPPINESS OF GOD!
“Happy
are they that hear the Word of God and do it.” Luke 11:28
“Not
that I complain in want; for I have learned in whatever state
(condition) I am, to be happy.” Philippians 4:11
10. Occupation
with the Lord Jesus Christ
In our journey through life we never need to be alone.
We have a best Friend Whom we cannot see, but we can know. The
more we know Him, the more we love Him. We become occupied with
Him. He went through pain and suffering at the cross so that we
could have salvation. He was judged for our sins! He does
everything He can for us. What an awesome Friend. He is the Lord
Jesus Christ, our Savior. As believers in the Lord Jesus Christ,
we have Him living inside of us. He is a perfect role model. We
can use the same power, the spiritual
skills, that He did in His humanity. OCCUPATION WITH THE LORD
JESUS CHRIST gives us great strength and peace. What a perfect
Friend to have for eternity and He is always with us!

On the Path to the Happiness of God |
“And
even though you have not seen Him, you love Him [occupation with
Christ]; and though you do not see Him now but believe in Him, you
greatly rejoice with inexpressible happiness and full of glory.” 1
Peter 1:8
