Dear God,
The way that You show us Your glory is amazing.
Everything that You have decreed to happen points to Your glory!
In the Church Age, which is now, You have given us the way to grow
up spiritually: listen, believe, and apply Bible doctrine. In our
growth, we will come to spiritual self-esteem. Here we will have
knowledge and self-confidence in our relationship with You. Then
if we keep pressing on, we will reach spiritual autonomy. Here we
will have strong independence from depending on man. We will
depend on You! Then if we press on even more, we will reach
spiritual maturity and have cognitive invincibility. This means
that most of the time we will not let the cosmic system influence
our thinking because we will have sooo much of Your thinking in
our souls! You can make us into invisible heroes! You can show us
Your glory! Amazing grace!
Ephesians
3:21 to Him Be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all
generations forever and ever. Amen.
Dear God,
You want us to reach spiritual maturity so that
you can bless us to the max!
You want us to go beyond just knowing
doctrine to really believing it and using it. You
want us to understand the mystery doctrine of the age in which we
live, the Church-age. It is found in the New Testament epistles.
It has all the mechanics for Your plan for us. It has the divine
decrees for us. When we grow to spiritual maturity and are using
Bible doctrine most of the time, we will be in a life beyond our
dreams. We will have the capacity for You to bless our socks off!
We will be glorifying You, or letting others see Your glory by
what You do for us!
Ephesians 3:19-21 And to know the love of Christ which surpasses
knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.
Now to Him Who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that
we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to
Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all
generations forever and ever. Amen.
Dear God,
You’ve taught us that doing Christian service and
Christian works is not the way of getting to spiritual maturity or
of glorifying You.
Our
spiritual growth is not measured in works; it is measured in our
spiritual momentum or our spiritual movement forward in Your plan.
We get the momentum from Bible doctrine which increases our love
for You. As a result of growing in knowledge and love for You, and
when we are filled with the Holy Spirit, we will do Christian
service and Christian works. Or, we will have Christian
production. You will get the glory because these works will be
done in Your power! We will get rewarded for it at the Judgment
Seat of Christ! Amazing grace!

Corinthians 3:12-14 Now if any man builds on the foundation with
gold, silver, precious stones, wood hay, straw, each man’s work
will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be
revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of
each man’s work. If any man’s work which he has built on it
remains, he will receive a reward.
Dear God,
You have give us a pattern to follow for
glorifying You. It’s called “the three R’s”:
reception,
retention, and
recall. Our #1 priority has
to be reception of Bible
doctrine. Then we have to retain
it in our souls so that it will be our momentum in Your
predesigned plan for our lives. When we have
retention of Bible doctrine,
we will be able to recall it
so that we can apply it to any situation in life. We will have
wisdom from Your Word.
You provide Your Word for us and this brings glory to You. Amazing
grace!
Romans 11:33 Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and
knowledge of God!
Proverbs 2:6 For the Lord gives wisdom, and from His mouth come
knowledge and understanding.
Dear God,
We’ve learned that when we have the three R’s,
reception, retention, and recall, this will result in
understanding the ten problem solving devices. The ten problem
solving devices can come to our rescue when we are going through
hard times. There will be some suffering for blessing involved in
our spiritual growth. We need it so that we can apply Bible
doctrine to these difficult situations. We have to learn how to
solve our problems. If we don’t use the problem solving devices,
our problems will bring us down! The way that we glorify You is to
grow to spiritual maturity by using Your predesigned plan for our
lives and by using all of the tools that You gave us to grow up
spiritually.

Peter 3:18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever! Amen.
Dear God,
So that we could glorify You,
You decreed that we
receive blessings that You have provided for us. Once
You knew that we would be believers, You willed the highest and
the best for us. Only when we receive that highest and best do we
glorify You! You designed these blessings specially for each
believer. That is awesome! You want us to take out from our escrow
accounts as many blessings as we can. The fact that we don’t have
the most fantastic blessings in time and eternity simply means
that we are choosing to be a loser believer! Not a good choice! We
have to chose to be winners and not to cut ourselves off from our
escrow blessings. Escrow blessings are the blessings that You are
saving for us to receive when we have the capacity for them.
Ephesians 1:3 Worthy of praise and glorification be the God and
Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has blessed us with every
spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
Dear God,
I know that You don’t depend on us for Your
pleasure and glory.
You
show Your pleasure and glory by blessing us. You give us Your
power and show us, through Your Word, how to grow up spiritually!
You are sooo gracious to us. We couldn’t grow spiritually if You
didn’t provide for us like this. In order to receive blessings and
glorify You, we must learn Bible doctrine daily so that we
understand Your ways. We need to understand that only You take
care of our every need! God, I am so grateful to You. I can’t
express it in words, but then You can read my mind and know what
moves me. THANKS! Anything that You do results in Your
glorification. GLORY BE TO YOU!
